The IFSL Lawrence House Fund

The IFSL Lawrence House Fund has 3 funds available. The Balanced Managed Fund, The Cautious Managed Fund and The UK Equity Income Fund. All are managed within strict parameters by a specialist investment team of three with collectively over eighty years of experience.

Preservation of capital is central to our philosophy. We have a disciplined investment style which controls risk within the portfolios by careful choice of the funds we invest in as well as by the investment sector and exposure to the various investment houses. These choices are made using both quantitative and qualitative techniques. As the universe of available funds is in excess of 2500 it is increasingly complex to research and monitor them in order to make fully informed decisions.

We do not manage any directly invested funds. Full information regarding the investments in the portfolios is always available, as Lawrence House believes in complete transparency. Our Fact sheets, available on this web site, will always publish all of the holdings in each fund, not just the top ten like many other managers.

There are a number of ways that the Lawrence House funds can be used to manage a client's requirements, these include ISAs, savings plans and regular income plans. These are set out in more detail in the link "Other Services".
