The transition of the Lawrence House OEIC from Way Fund Managers Limited to the new ACD, Investment Fund Services Limited is due to take place on the 31 May 2008.  During the transition investors will not be affected and dealing will continue as normal.

From the 1 June 2008 new application forms will be required and full details of where to obtain these will provided.
